We welcomed Andrew to the firm… as a Partner in 2003. He was previously a partner with Halliwells.

His key areas of expertise include… Andrew is an experienced commercial litigator with particular expertise in commercial contractual disputes, will disputes, professional negligence claims, share sale warranty claims and claims relating to breach of restrictive covenants/confidentiality clauses. Advising on bringing and defending injunctions is a regular part of his caseload.  Andrew is a keen advocate of mediation for resolving disputes.

He fits in because… He is committed to getting the best result for his clients.

At the end of the day… Andrew (happily) acts as a taxi for his very sporty son.
