Retirement Age Provisions in Force

Further to previous updates, The Employment Equality (Repeal of Retirement Age Provisions) Regulations 2011 have been published.  The regulations abolish the default retirement age from 6 April 2011, subject to transitional provisions.  Click here for further information.
