Richard Hamilton

Biography

We welcomed Richard to the firm... as a trainee in 2001. He quickly made an impression qualifying into the property department in 2003 and became a partner in 2008.

Key areas of expertise include... all aspects of commercial and residential property, including securitisation work for one of the major clearing banks , commercial property sales and acquisitions, Landlord and Tenant, Care Homes and nationwide sales, purchases and re-mortgages of residential properties.

He fits in because... he has a good relationship with clients and staff, is calm under pressure and he contributes greatly to the future direction of the firm.

At the end of the day... stuck into life as the father of twins. There isn’t too much time for anything else, but when there is, spending time in the Lake District, playing football, having a season ticket at Manchester City and time permitting a round of golf top the list.
