Joanne Carroll

Biography

We welcomed Joanne to the firm... in 1996. Prior to that, after graduating from the University of Keele, she worked as an Underwriter for one of the Country’s leading insurance companies and also as a banking officer for a renowned High Street Bank.

Her key areas of expertise are... with a background in insurance and banking, Joanne is one of the UK’s most experienced Traded Endowment Policy experts and is adept at managing specialist volume work.  Joanne is also experienced in handling Probate work and acts as a Probate Manager for the firm.  It can be difficult to know what to do or where to turn when a loved one passes away and having someone on hand to guide you through can take away the worry and be a real comfort.

She fits in because... Her level of expertise in her chosen area is second to none and she prides herself on providing an exceptional service to her clients.

At the end of the day… Joanne’s interests include watching ice hockey, collecting film memorabilia and she has had various works of poetry and prose published in books and magazines.
