Solicitor, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence
We welcomed Edward... back to the firm in March 2014 as a trainee solicitor. Before starting his training contract, Edward had previously worked in our Glossop office as a Paralegal in the Private Client department. Edward has now qualified as a Solicitor into our Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence departments where he works with Kate Oldfield and Paul Walton.
Key areas of expertise include... assisting on all types of clinical negligence matters including claims against hospitals, GPs and dentists. Also assisting on all types of professional negligence claims including claims against solicitors, surveyors and independent financial advisors.
He fits in because... he is friendly, approachable and enjoys his job. He enjoys interacting with clients and always works hard to ensure they get the best possible result.
At the end of the day... Edward is a big sports fan and will watch any sport on TV but mainly follows football, baseball, road cycling and American college sports. He plays real tennis and enjoys a round of golf when he can find the time. He loves going to France (especially Burgundy) and the far north west of Scotland and tries to visit both of them most years.
