Biography
Stuart has been a partner since merging his practice of Shalom & Company into Davis Blank Furniss. A long standing property lawyer that also specialises in all aspects of business contracts including their negotiation and dispute, particularly with regard to:
a) Shareholders, Partnerships & Joint Ventures
b) Companies & Share Sales & Structures
c) Employment & Agency Law including Consultants and Commercial Agents
d) Supply Agreements for both products and services, from complex computer software arrangements to thecommissioning of machinery
Stuart is also a member of ARDL (The Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers). He acts for a range of Professionals who fall foul on their regulatory bodies or otherwise have their fitness to practice challenged (for example Doctors appearing before the General Medical Council or who appeal the decisions of the GMC).
Stuart's interests include bridge and tennis.
