Shiva Shadi
Biography
Shiva is a Partner and Head of the Employment Department at Davis Blank Furniss. Her work focuses on providing practical advice on all aspects of employment law to both HR teams and operational staff for a wide range of clients. Shiva deals with a myriad of employment matters and acts almost exclusively for employers. Her work ranges from drafting documentation, company restructuring, senior executive severances and the full range of tribunal claims, appearing herself in Employment Tribunals on behalf of clients.
She and the rest of the team regularly present seminars and training sessions for clients.
In addition to the above, Shiva also specialises in Corporate Immigration and advises UK and foreign based companies on Work Permit Applications, Highly Skilled Migrant Workers, Working Holidays-Makers, Sole Representatives and Investors.
Interests include salsa dancing and travel.
