We are able to offer a full range of employer related services should an employee have an accident at work. From initial advice, taking witness statements, liasing with the police, attending police station interviews, attending interviews with the Health and Safety Executive.
We also act on employers behalf when they are prosecuted on health and safety matters in the Crown or Magistrates Court.
