COMPROMISE AGREEMENTS:

Compromise agreements are drafted by your employer or their solicitor on their terms (we know because we do this for our employer clients). They are often very long documents containing a lot of legal jargon. It is a requirement that you see a solicitor (your employer usually pays a set amount to fund this) to finalise your agreement It is important that you see an employment specialist we can help you achieve the best possible terms financially, and make sure that the agreement is as well as helping you through the legal jargon of the document.
