DBF have acted for a wide range of owner managed businesses as well as for some large Corporates, usually in the latter dealing with specialised functions. We work with many clients on the acquisition and sale of businesses, including those who have been regular clients of the firm and others sent in on recommendation. They have dealt with transactions of up to £50,000,000,00 in today’s values.

 

DBF also acts for one of the clearing banks in transactions where the bank requires separate representation from the advisors acting for the parties. DBF were accepted on to the transaction panel of that bank in 2006 and this has contributed to rapid growth in the department’s activities.
